What We Do
Apple Hospice and Palliative Care has always looked for ways to offer more than the expected standard of care. Our healthcare professionals do their best to look for solutions to help the patient avoid hospitalizations and feel they are in control of their own care rather than taking a “one size fits all” approach. Our staff is experienced in the unique challenges of hospice care and supporting a patient at home. Additionally, we also have an extended group of volunteers that help their community embrace and support a patient and their families. As passionate advocates of hospice care and issues surrounding medical decision-making and advanced care planning, we also frequently connect our experts to the community to answer questions and increase awareness of issues that we all need to consider.
Our vision is to provide compassionate and expert end-of-life care to all those in need, ensuring that they are able to live as fully and comfortably as possible in their final days.
Our mission is to provide exceptional hospice care to our patients and their families, with a focus on comfort, dignity, and respect. We aim to enhance quality of life, relieve suffering, and support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients during their end-of-life journey.
